Swipe in from the right side of your screen. I have used the Device Manager to locate and uninstall what I believe to be all of the HID Touch Drivers in an attempt. The Tech Global Evolution Series works great out of the box on Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows 10. I have a Dell XPS 12 9Q33. All steps are easy to follow.
